Sentinel Field Services provides preservation and maintenance services to residential properties throughout our western regional area. The physical completion of this work is performed by our network of qualified vendors. Below are examples of services Sentinel contracts with its vendor network. Anyone interested in becoming a vendor for Sentinel must have the ability to complete all of the below services:

Yard Maintenance:

Grounds at properties are initially serviced when an “Initial Cut” is completed at the property. Routine maintenance “Recuts” are then completed either once or twice per month, depending on the region and season. (photos)

Debris/Hazard Removal and Trashout Services:

Vendors are asked to remove debris from the interior and/or exterior of the property in order to prepare the property for sale or conveyance.

Janitorial Services:

Janitorial services are needed to place properties in marketable condition.

Lock Work and Securing:

Vendors perform lock changes to properties with specific key code and lock box requirements. Vendors also provide additional securing as needed such as boarding, reglazing and installing padlocks and hasps.

General Repairs and Health & Saftey:

Sentinel is responsible for all physical property needs. Vendors will be required to perform any repairs needed to prevent health or safety hazards and/or to place in marketable condition.

General Vendor Requirements and Expectations:

In addition to the work outlined above, successful Sentinel Vendors must also meet the following requirements and expectations:

  • Possess appropriate character, disposition, and honesty.
    Act in open, trusting and ethical manner throughout all communications.
    Be courteous and professional.
    Embrace the concept of continuous improvement.
    Follow “Good Neighbor” guidelines while conducting business at a property.
    Provide a safe work environment.
    Strive to provide services 100% on time and incident free.
    Comply fully with all requirements outlined in all Sentinel specifications.
    Work with and fully support Sentinel in our client relationships.
    Agree to take full responsibility for problems attributable to a defective service supplied.
    Provide Quality Workmanship and Complete Information.
    Be organized around your work load and prioritize to hit all due dates.
    Provide required Photo Documentation.
    Be competitive in your bidding of work services.
    Attend Webinar and Training Sessions.
    Communicate with Sentinel on a daily basis via phone and email.
    Maintain Required Insurances.
    Cooperate with Law Enforcement and Code Officials.
    Prevent unauthorized personnel access to premises or confidential information.
    Utilize comprehensive hiring policies to include background checks.
    Abide by all local, state & Federal laws, codes and regulations.
    Properly dispose of all debris and hazardous materials in a legal fashion.
    Maintain an active internal quality program.
