Sentinel Field Services specializes in REO, FHA, VA, and Conventional properties.
CV/REO: While a property is pre-sale, Sentinel works to remediate any health/safety/security items needed to maintain the value of our client’s asset. Once the property is REO, we convert our focus from “preservation” to “marketable condition.” We will work with the listing broker and/or asset manager to place the property in a condition that is appropriate for it’s respective market.
FHA: Sentinel has an exceptional ability to prepare homes to convey to HUD. We understand the convey conditions HUD requires before they will convey the property and accept it into its inventory. At Sentinel, we have been successfully preparing homes to convey to HUD for more than eight years. |
